Journey through your Ckakras
This clip is a journey to your chakras. When your chakras are balanced and activated there will be harmony in your physical body, emotional, mental and spiritual body. This will take you 12-15 minutes so please give yourself that time uninterrupted. Start by breathing normally, allowing yourself to slowly relax then start the clip. When the drumbeats quicken at the end, allow yourself to come back into the present and your physical body completely. This is very important. Stretch, yawn, move your fingers and toes, making sure you are completely back in your body. Enjoy!
